Once customer provides us with concept information and detailed specifications, we will notify them for design, prototyping, and estimated cost before the project begins.  Our R&D team will work with customers till all requirements are met, and the product is tested to perform exactly to customers' expectation.

KOLANT has a full set of world-leading advanced equipments to produce and inspect heat pump products, like piping leak detection device, heat pump performance labratory, perfomrance test area for each unit, etc. And with the QC team composed of skilled engineers and technicians, acting under the ISO9001:2000 quality management system, the QC system covers all stages of production from the material and component stage to the finished product stage. 

1. Purchase raw materials from reliable suppliers and inspection for incoming materials.

2. Strict control of work flow. 

3. Strict inspection or test on each unit before packing and dispatch, no inferior products allowed.

Our heat pump comprehensive performance lab was established and put into use in 2010. Invested by over one million Chinese Yuan, the lab was designed according to CE standard, and has advanced & precise equipments for test control and data acquisition.It is very suitable for testing heat pump. The stimulative ambient temperature can go as low as -15℃.

To give more assurance to customers, KOLANT has gained ISO9001 international quality management system certification, and gained CCC, CE/RoHS, CB, SAA certifications from TUV for most heat pump products.
